Manuscripts, blurbs, and brainstorms, oh my!
Yup, that’s right. This week books and story ideas that will be available for readers in the coming weeks and months are my big reading at the moment as I’m spending time with my fabulous critique partners for an essential girl’s weekend!
It’s like the best kind of “insider information” when authors start talking book ideas, working out plot twists and wrinkles, and character background sketches.
This sort of a weekend break is always so refreshing and vital, an affirmation and celebration of all the things that make us unique as authors and precious as friends. (and the margaritas are just part of the process)
