I’ve been a reader for as long as I can remember. A devoted, flashlight under the covers kind of girl. While the reading material has changed and with the ebook revolution even the technology of reading has changed, one thing has remained consistent for me: the sheer delight of a boxed set of books.

My full set of the Laura Ingalls Wilder books was guarded carefully throughout my childhood and handed down to my daughter. The same held true for the box set of the J.R.R. Tolkien Lord of the Rings novels (we have two sets, since my husband did the same thing) and the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.
Now, though the sets are easier to ‘carry’ as ebooks, the delight is the same!
It’s always so fun, whether it’s a full set of stories from one author, or a favorite author alongside those storytellers I can’t wait to meet.
I’m thrilled to have stories included in two different holiday boxed sets this season: In the Interest of Security (Shadows of Justice series) and Sandman (Unknown Identities series) are included with two great stories by V.R. Marks in HEROES FOR THE HOLIDAYS!
And Shadows to Light (Shadows of Justice series) is part of the fabulous CHRISTMAS HEROES boxed set packaged with four more wonderful holiday tales from Rita Herron, Vicki Hinze, Peggy Webb, and Kathy Carmichael.
Remember to leave a comment on this post to be entered for the $15 Amazon gift card! The lucky winner will be announced tomorrow! Update: This week’s winner is Shannon! Be sure to come back next week for the new giveaway!
